John Cucinella is a formerly licensed financial advisor with Southeast Investments, N.C., Inc. The State of Missouri alleges that from approximately November 2016 to March 2018, John Cucinella, through his businesses Zanisle Holdings Corp. d/b/a Mackrow Asset Management Group and Hangzell Holdings Corp. d/b/a/ Runnstarr Asset Management Group, solicited at least two Missouri residents to invest a total of $14,000 in precious metals. The State of Missouri alleges that one of the Missouri residents was elderly at the time of the solicitation and subsequent investment.
In addition, FINRA reports that the Alabama Securities Commission ordered John Cucinella to cease and desist for alleged offering stock to an Alabama resident with the promise of exaggerated returns.
