According to Allegations from the State of Oklahoma Department of Securities:
The Department alleges John Benn and Bricktown Financial, LLC offered and sold unregistered securities in violation of Section 1-301 of the Oklahoma Uniform Securities Act of 2004 and perpetrated fraud in connection with the offer and sale of securities in violation of Section 1-501 of the Act. John Benn and Bricktown Financial were able to perpetrate this fraud by preying upon the trust and confidence placed in John Benn as a registered securities agent and a licensed insurance agent.
