Former MORGAN STANLEY financial adviser, Joel Freedman has a settled investor complaint.
JOEL RANDY FREEDMAN (CRD#: 1260557), a formerly registered broker for MORGAN STANLEY in West Conshohocken, PA , has a settled investor complaint. According to Freedman’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, CLIENT ALLEGED, INTER ALIA, THAT THERE WERE TRADES EXECUTED IN HIS ACCOUNT THAT WERE UNAUTHORIZED 2023-2024.
This customer complaint settled for $1,308,737.34.
Freedman was permitted to resign after Morgan Stanley brought allegations of unauthorized exercise of discretion in a customer account and failure to timely escalate that customer’s complaint.
