Joseph John Mauro (Joe Mauro) CRD #2046076

Joe Mauro was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Ameritas Investment Group. According to FINRA, Joe Mauro was fined $5,000 and suspended from the securities industry for one month in April 2020.

According to FINRA Allegations:

Joe Mauro consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Joe Mauro falsified customers’ signatures on variable annuity withdrawal forms, after the customers requested those withdrawals. The findings stated that each of the withdrawal forms resulted in the movement of customer funds from the customer’s variable annuity to the customer’s personal bank account. Two of the customers authorized Joe Mauro to sign their names to the forms.
