Joe Hede– Minish Joe Hede – Barred from Securities Industry and Terminated from Paulson Investment Company LLC – Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses on Belize Infrastructure and/or Other Investments
Joe Hede was a licensed financial advisor with Paulson Investment Company LLC from 2013 to 2017. FINRA reports that Joe Hede was terminated from Paulson Investment Company LLC on April 28, 2017. Paulson Investment Company, LLC reported to FINRA that Joe Hede was terminated subsequent to initiation of customer-related arbitration claim alleging fraud, negligence and unjust enrichment and for failure to comply with internal investigation relating to promissory note.
Joe Hede was barred from the securities and investment banking industry on February 13, 2018. FINRA reports that Joe Hede failed to respond to FINRA request for information.
Joe Hede was named in a civil complaint, along with two other Paulson Investment Company, LLC brokers, Kevin Graetz and Ahmed Gheith, for allegedly recommending the Belize Infrastructure investment.
