Former broker and financial adviser, Joe Gainer is barred.
Joe David Gainer Jr. (CRD# 4517367), a former registered broker and financial adviser for WELLS FARGO CLEARING SERVICES, LLC in Marianna, Florida, is barred by FINRA. According to Joe Gainer’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, “the findings state that FINRA’s investigation related to whether Gainer failed to disclose a position of trust in relation to, and receiving a $3 million dollar gift from, one of his firm clients”.
