Jesse Kovacs was a previously licensed financial advisor with The O.N. Equity Sales Company. Jesse Kovacs was previously licensed with Hornor, Townsend & Kent, Inc. According to Jesse Kovacs’ BrokerCheck Report, Jesse Kovacs was discharged from The O.N. Equity Sales Company in May 2019 after allegedly failing to disclose an outside activity/private securities transaction.
According to Jesse Kovacs’ BrokerCheck report, a customer dispute has been filed alleging sales practice violations against Jesse Kovacs.
Customer Dispute 4/8/19: Customer alleges Jesse Kovacs recommended she invest $150000 from her brokerage account into a promissory note held by another individual who owned auto body shop.
