FINRA reports that two arbitration claims and/or complaints involving Jennifer Ling’s conduct with GPS Capital Management, LLC were filed, alleging negligence, gross negligence, misrepresentation, omission of material fact, breach of fiduciary duty and/or fraud and negligent misrepresentation relating to promissory note investments issued by Aequitas Commercial Finance, LLC. These two arbitration claims and/or complaints settled for $134,250 and $100,000.
FINRA reports that an arbitration claim and civil litigation involving Jennifer Ling’s conduct with GPS Capital Management LLC are currently pending. This arbitration claim and civil litigation allege breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud, and/or violation of California corporations code relating to a promissory note investment issued by Aequitas Commercial Finance LLC.
