Jeffrey Miller is a currently licensed financial advisor with American Portfolios Financial Services, Inc. Jeffrey Miller was a previously licensed financial advisor with First Allied Securities, Inc. and SII Investments, Inc. According to Jeffrey Miller’s BrokerCheck Report, Jeffrey Miller was permitted to resign from First Allied Securities, Inc. in July 2016. First Allied Securities, Inc. reported that Jeffrey Miller was permitted to resign after being accused of allegations stating that Jeffrey Miller was a joint registered representative on accounts for which the other registered representative permitted a non-registered assistant to violate firm policy by reusing client signatures and worked in concert with the same assistant to alter client signed documents.
According to Jeffrey Miller’s CRD, one customer dispute was filed alleging sales practice violations against Jeffrey Miller.
Customer Dispute (12/23/2019): Allegations against Jeffrey Miller are unsuitability, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, misrepresentation, and negligent supervision. This customer dispute is currently pending and is requesting alleged damages in the amount of $125,000. The product at issue is a Real Estate Security.
