Customer Dispute 7/18/19: Allegations include poor performance and unsuitable investments. This customer dispute is pending and seeks $200,000 in damages.
Customer Dispute 8/21/19: Allegations include negligence, professional negligence, violations of law, unsuitable recommendations, negligent supervision, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of securities industry rules and regulations. This customer dispute is pending and seeks $650,000 in damages.
