Customer Dispute 3/20/19: Claimants allege they were over concentrated and invested in unsuitable Puerto Rico bonds. This customer dispute was settled for $445,000.
Customer Dispute 11/21/17: Customer alleges unsuitable investments in municipal bonds in the period of April 2010 to present. This customer dispute was settled for $750,000.
Customer Dispute 6/19/17: Claimant alleges misrepresentation of investments in municipal bonds in the period of 2009 to 2015. This customer dispute settled for $115,000.
