JAMES THADDEUS WALESA (CRD#: 1061209), a former broker for Triad Advisors, LLC , in Park Ridge, IL, has investor complaints. According to Walesa’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, it is alleged that the financial professional was involved in unsuitable recommendations for investment in businesses for which he also served in positions of ownership, operation or direction. One claimants funds, according to statement by the claimant, are being held in Clearday, Inc. James Walesa took a leadership role in Clearday, Inc. in 2019, according to a spokesperson for the company. There are potentially many more investors who may have been harmed by Walesa’s outside business interests. Walesa recently filed for bankruptcy listing $19,199,329.16 in liabilities. Many of the unsecured creditors have not been compensated for their investment losses.
