Irene Smith was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with PFS Investments, Inc. According to FINRA, Irene Smith was barred from the securities industry indefinitely in May 2020.

According to FINRA:

Concerning the Bar against Irene Smith in May 2020, Irene Smith consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Irene Smith refused to produce documents and information requested by FINRA in connection with an investigation of Irene Smith’s outside business activity.

According to Irene Smith’s BrokerCheck, Irene Smith was discharged from PFS Investments, Inc. in November 2019. Irene Smith allegedly acted outside the scope of her disclosed OBA.
