Gregory Rusnak was licensed with Sigma Financial Corporation from 2011 to 2017. FINRA reports that Gregory Rusnak was suspended from the securities industry on November 14, 2018. FINRA alleges that between March 2014 and May 2017, Gregory Rusnak excercised discretion in two customer accounts by executing 140 trades without speaking to the customers on the day of each transaction.
FINRA reports that Gregory Rusnak was discharged from Sigma Financial Corporation on December 13, 2017. Sigma Financial Corporation reported to FINRA that an internal investigation revealed a violation of company policy involving exercise of discretion in customer accounts.
FINRA reports that an arbitration claim involving Gregory Rusnak’s conduct with Sigma Financial Corporation is currently pending. This claim alleges that in 2014 – 2016 unsuitable investments were made given their stated investment objectives. This arbitration claim seeks $384,603.24 in damages.
