Gregory Powell has been licensed with LPL Financial, LLC since 2005. According to FINRA records, an arbitration claim was filed in March 2017, alleging misrepresentations and mismanagement of accounts by, among other things, recommending and improper investment in an annuity and concentrating accounts too heavily in bonds from 2009 through 2015 by Gregory Powell, while Gregory Powell was employed with LPL Financial, LLC. This lawsuit involving alleged misconduct by Gregory Powell is currently pending.
FINRA also reports three previous arbitration claims involving Gregory Powell’s conduct, alleging unsuitable investments, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, omissions, and/or fraud. All three of these arbitration claims were settled.
