According to FINRA Allegations:
Greg Voetsch consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he refused to appear for on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA during the course of an investigation into the details of a Form U5 amendment submitted by his former member firm in which it disclosed that an investment-related, consumer-initiated arbitration had been filed against him. The findings stated that the arbitration was later withdrawn.
