GREGORY JOSEPH HOWELL(CRD#: 4225065), a former broker for KCD FINANCIAL, INC, in Green Bay, Wisconsin was permitted to resign after KCD Financial, Inc. allegations. According to
Greg Howell’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, his employer alleges that the representative used his personal email to communicate with securities clients, not the firms email.
