Gerald James Page (CRD#: 7577838), a former broker for NYLIFE SECURITIES LLC in HORSHAM, PA, was terminated after employer allegations. NYLIFE SECURITIES LLC alleged: Gerald James Page was terminated following an internal investigation that identified violations of company policy involving (i) the submission of several unfunded annuity applications; (ii) failure to disclose outside business activities and an outside brokerage account; and (iii) failure to fully cooperate with company requests during the investigation.
