Gary Harpe Has A FINRA Complaint – Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Former PFS INVESTMENTS INC. registered representative, Gary Harpe has a FINRA complaint.
GARY FRANCIS HARPE (CRD#: 2983634), a former broker for PFS INVESTMENTS INC. in FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, has a FINRA complaint. According to Harpe’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, The complaint alleges that FINRA was investigating the circumstances surrounding his termination from his member firm, a felony charge, and whether he failed to disclose judgments and liens. The information and documents requested from Harpe were material and necessary to FINRA’s investigation into (1) the criminal charge against him for larceny by conversion of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, and (2) possible failure to disclose financial events (tax liens, judgments, and creditor compromises), for the purpose of determining whether violations of federal securities laws or FINRA rules occurred.
