Former broker, Frank Lumpuy has an investor complaint.

FRANK ENRIQUE LUMPUY (CRD#: 2937422), a previously registered broker for KOVACK SECURITIES INC. in Miami, FL, has an investor complaint.  According to Lumpuy’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, Client claims that she suffered losses in her accounts and alleges that the RR may have borrowed money.

Kovack Securities Inc. also terminated Frank E Lumpuy pending the outcome of a review regarding allegations of a loan given to the RR.  Lumpuy is no longer registered to sell securities.
