FRANK JULIO CARRASCO (CRD#: 2006959), a registered broker for UBS FINANCIAL SERVICES INC., in SAN JUAN, PR, has an investor complaint. According to Carrasco’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, claimants allege that the recommendation to invest in and hold Puerto Rico closed-end funds was unsuitable and that their UBS account was over-concentrated in these investments. The claimants are requesting $800,000.00 for damages.
