Since November 2014, Felix Bartolomei was licensed with CUSO Financial Services, L.P. Felix Bartolomei was previously licensed with Santander Securities, LLC. FINRA reports that three arbitration claims have been filed during Felix Bartolomei’s employment with Santander Securities, LLC. These claims allege breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, breach of contract, failure to supervise, unsuitable investments, fraud, misrepresentation, omissions, failure to supervise, and/or overconcentration by Felix Bartolomei. These three arbitration claims involving Felix Bartolomei’s conduct with Santander Securities, LLC were settled for $75,000, $35,000, and $30,000.
FINRA also reports that three arbitration claims involving Felix Bartolomei’s conduct with Santander Securities, LLC are currently pending. These claims allege breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, fraud, failure to supervise, breach of contract, misrepresentation, omissions, unsuitability, overconcentration, and/or constructive fraud by Felix Bartolomei while Felix Bartolomei was with Santander Securities, LLC. These three pending arbitration claims related to Puerto Rico Municipal Bonds and closed-end funds seek damages of $500,000, $400,000, and $50,000.
