Ethan De Naray is a currently licensed financial advisor with Feltl & Company. Ethan De Naray was previously licensed with Merrill Lynch. FINRA reports that Ethan De Naray was suspended from the securities industry in September 2018.
According to FINRA: Ethan De Naray consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Ethan De Naray effected discretionary transactions in accounts of one customer without obtaining prior written authorization from the customer, and without the member firm having accepted the accounts as discretionary. The findings stated that Ethan De Naray mismarked order tickets as unsolicited when, in fact, the trades memorialized by the order tickets were solicited. By virtue of this conduct, Ethan De Naray caused his firm’s books and records to be inaccurate.
