Estate Planning Specialists, LLC, a Division of Phillips Financial Services – Goodman & Nekvasil P.A. Files Arbitration Claim on Future Income Payments

Todd Phillips is the President of Estate Planning Specialists LLC and Phillips Financial Services LLC. Estate Planning Specialists, LLC is located in Gilbert, AZ and purports to focus on developing strategies that protect your wealth and maximize the distribution of your wealth for you and future generations. Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. has learned that Todd Phillips sold the fraudulent Future Income Payments and has filed an arbitration claim against Todd Phillips’ employer, ProEquities, Inc. on behalf of an investor seeking to recover money lost on the fraudulent Future Income Payments investment.

Future Income Payments, LLC (FIP LLC) claimed to be “the industry leader and an innovator in buying and selling secondary market pension cash flows, often referred to as Structured Cash Flows.” The reality, according to the Wall Street Journal, is that this company was operated from a Nevada strip-mall mailbox by a 64-year-old felon, Scott Kohn.  Future Income Payments appears shut, according to court filings. Based on Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A.’s investigation, Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. believes that most investors will lose their entire investment. Also, at least 25 states have taken enforcement actions or are investigating the company.

If you invested in Future Income Payments through Todd Phillips, you may be able to recover your losses from ProEquities, Inc. This is because ProEquities, Inc. had a duty to supervise Todd Phillips.

If you invested in Future Income Payments through Todd Phillips, we would like to discuss the possibility of your retaining our firm to represent you in an arbitration action against ProEquities, Inc. concerning Todd Phillips’ conduct. There is no charge for an evaluation of your case. Further, we handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that unless we recover money for you, we charge no attorney’s fee. Unless you recover any money, you pay us nothing, not even the costs and expenses which the firm will advance on your behalf.

Kalju Nekvasil, Esq., formerly regional counsel with the NASD, now known as FINRA, has practiced in this area of the law for more than 35 years. Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. has recovered more than $180 million on behalf of victimized investors. If you invested in Future Income Payments with Todd Phillips and would like your case evaluated by a securities attorney (again, there is no charge for an evaluation and all cases are handled on a purely contingency fee basis), please contact us.
