According to a complaint filed by the SEC, EDU Financial Strategies, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company with a principal place of business in Indianapolis, is an issuer/seller of life settlement interests. Neither EDU nor the life settlement interests it offers and sells are registered with the Commission.
