From 2009 until Donnell Bowen’s resignation in 2017, Donnell Bowen was licensed with Northwestern Mutual Investment Services LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Donnell Bowen was permitted to resign from Northwestern Mutual Services LLC on January 13, 2017. Northwestern Mutual Investment Services LLC reported to FINRA that Donnell Bowen signed a Mutual Termination Agreement while under internal investigation for allegations of forgery of client signatures on non-variable insurance documents. 

Subsequent to Donnell Bowen’s resignation from Northwestern Mutual Investment Services LLC, FINRA investigated Donnell Bowen and brought a disciplinary action against Donnell Bowen. Donnell Bowen was barred from the securities and investment banking industry on June 1, 2018. FINRA reports that Donnell Bowen consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Donnell Bowen failed to provide FINRA with requested documents and information, and appear for on-the-record testimony, relating to being under investigation at the time of Donnell Bowen’s resignation from Donnell Bowen’s former member firm for allegations of forgery of client signatures on non-variable insurance documents.
