Donald Logan was a licensed financial advisor with Edward Jones from 2008 to 2015 and Waddell & Reed, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. FINRA reports that on July 20, 2018, FINRA made a preliminary determination to recommend that disciplinary action be brought against Donald Logan, alleging that Donald Logan made potential violations, specifically: NASD Rule 2510(b) and FINRA Rule 2010; FINRA Rule 2010; and Article V, Section 2(c) of the FINRA By-Laws and FINRA Rules 1122 and 2010.
Waddell & Reed, Inc. reported to FINRA that Donald Logan was discharged from Waddell & Reed, Inc. on September 6, 2018. Waddell & Reed, Inc. reported to FINRA that Donald Logan was terminated for possession of multiple blank client-signed forms and altered client-signed documents, in violation of the Firm’s policies.
Edward Jones reported to FINRA that Donald Logan was discharged from Edward Jones on July 1, 2015. Edward Jones reported to FINRA that Donald Logan violated Edward Jones’ policy regarding discretionary orders.
