A Criminal Complaint was also issued against Dawn Bennett in August 2017. The sworn affidavit submitted by an FBI agent in support of the Criminal Complaint alleged that an analysis of the bank account that Dawn Bennett used in connection with the DJ Bennett Holding, LLC, Secure Convertible Note found activity consistent with a Ponzi scheme and misappropriation of investor funds.
