David Strnad was previously licensed with Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley. According to David Strnad’s CRD, on November 6, 2018, FINRA made a preliminary determination to recommend that disciplinary action be brought against David Strnad alleging a violation of FINRA Rule 2010 based on David Strnad’s unauthorized trading in the account of one of David Strnad’s customers at David Strnad’s member firm.

According to David Strnad’s CRD, a complaint was filed alleging sales practice violations against David Strnad. According to David Strnad’s CRD, these allegations included client’s daughter alleging churning with respect to the trading of certificates of deposit in her father’s trust accounts. According to David Strnad’s CRD, this complaint was settled for $89,646.40.
