From 2009 until David Hohmann’s discharge in 2015, David Hohmann was licensed with Morgan Stanley. David Hohmann is now licensed with H. Beck, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, David Hohmann wasdischarged from Morgan Stanley on November 24, 2015. Morgan Stanley reported to FINRA that David Hohmann’s firing related to allegations concerning documentation relating to an outside business interest that was not disclosed to the Firm.

FINRA reports that a lawsuit was filed involving David Hohmann’s conduct with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, alleging unsuitability. This lawsuit is currently pending.
