David Antypas has been licensed with LPL Financial LLC from 2008 to 2017. According to David Antypas’ CRD, David Antypas was barred from the securities industry in April 2019.
According to David Antypas’ CRD: The Tennessee Securities Division alleges that while at LPL, David Antypas improperly listed family members as beneficiaries on a customer’s accounts, and that while at CFD, through David Antypas’ assistant who maintained an affiliation with LPL, he accessed information of a former client after David Antypas was terminated.
According to David Antypas’ CRD, a customer complaint was filed alleging unauthorized beneficiary designation change and excessive fees. According to David Antypas’ CRD, this complaint was settled for $71,939.98.
