According to David Antypas’ CRD: The Tennessee Securities Division alleges that while at LPL, David Antypas improperly listed family members as beneficiaries on a customer’s accounts, and that while at CFD, through David Antypas’ assistant who maintained an affiliation with LPL, he accessed information of a former client after David Antypas was terminated.
