Investor Alert! Daryl Serizawa – Financial Advisor/Broker Daryl Serizawa Sold the High-Risk Investment, GPB Capital | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. Has Filed an Arbitration Claim Against Woodbury Financial Services, Inc.
Daryl Serizawa is a licensed financial advisor with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. Daryl Serizawa was previously licensed with Independent Financial Group, LLC.
Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. has filed an arbitration claim on behalf of our client alleging that the recommendation of GPB Automotive Portfolio, LP Class A (GPB) was unsuitable in view of our client’s investment objectives, financial situation and needs.
According to the Allegations in the Claim:
GPB was a high-risk, illiquid private placement that invested in automobile dealerships. Our client did not want and could not afford a high-risk investment. As a result of this recommendation, eighty-six (86%) percent of our client’s IRA account was concentrated in this high-risk investment. Acting through Daryl Serizawa, Woodbury falsely represented to our client, both verbally and in writing, that our client would earn a six (6%) percent return and that the value of her investment would not change.
