Darien Bonney a/ka/ Darien Euclid Bonne (CRD: 4899007, Scottsdale, Arizona is barred and terminated after allegations of selling away.  Bonney also has customer complaints which dispute the sales practices of the securities broker who worked for MML Investors Services LLC.

MML Investors Services LLC Investor Accuses Darien Bonney Of Private Securities Transactions

An MML Investors Services LLC client filed a FINRA Arbitration Claim against Darien Bonney. Namely, the client alleged that Bonney engaged in private securities transactions. Because of this, the client allegedly sustained damage investing in Spyglass Financial Strategies.   MML Investors Services LLC settled this matter by paying the client $105,000 in damages.


Bonney Barred By FINRA For Failure To Provide Information

Bonney was barred as a securities broker, which means he is not permitted by FINRA to work with any FINRA-member firms as a securities broker or in other capacities. FINRA alleged that Bonney failed to provide information and documents to FINRA.


Darien Bonney Discharged for Allegedly Selling Private Securities

Bonney worked for MML Investor Services, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, as a securities broker from April 2007 to January 2022. Notably, MML Investors Services LLC disaffiliated with Bonney on January 20, 2022. Allegedly, Bonney engaged in a potentially undisclosed outside business activity.
