Daniel Winger – Financial Advisor Daniel Winger Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses
Daniel Winger CRD #1542674
Daniel Winger was a licensed financial advisor with PFS Investments Inc. from 1986 to 2018. FINRA reports that Daniel Winger was discharged from PFS Investments, Inc. on August 10, 2018. PFS Investments Inc. reported to FINRA that it was alleged that Daniel Winger took checks for taxes from a customer and deposited the checks into Daniel Winger’s back account.
Daniel Winger was barred from the securities and investment banking industry on August 28, 2018. FINRA reports that Daniel Winger consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Daniel Winger converted the funds of an elderly customer of his member firm for his own personal use. The findings stated that the elderly customer gave checks to Daniel Winger totaling approximately $100,000. The customer allegedly understood that the checks were to be used for her benefit, including paying commissions associated with her brokerage account and for taxes. Daniel Winger, however, allegedly endorsed the checks, deposited them into a separate bank account and used the funds for his own personal use.
