Daniel Boyle consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Daniel Boyle refused to provide information or documents as requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation into allegations that he deposited a check for over $7,000 payable to his member firm into his personal bank account. The findings stated that Daniel Boyle later returned the funds to Daniel Boyle’s firm.
