Chris Arnella Suspended by FINRA – Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses

FINRA suspended Arnella for allegedly making promissory and unwarranted statements about a publicly traded company, and statements that predicted the future performance of the company’s stock. The findings stated that Arnella publicly posted his opinion about what he expected the future stock price of the company to be by the end of on eyear. Arnella also stated, in writing, to two firm customers that there was a 100 percent chance that the company’s loss in a patent litigation trial would be overturned. Arnella consented to a one month suspension.
CHRISTOPHER PHILIP ARNELLA (CRD#: 4886531), a registered representative for MORGAN STANLEY in New York, NY, also has a settled investor complaint. According to Arnella’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, Claimant alleges, inter alia, unsuitability with respect to investments from 2018 to 2002 for which the respondent was not the Financial Advisor of record on the account during this or any time frame and did not receive any compensation.
