Caleb Austin Jamison (Caleb Jamison) – Financial Advisor/Broker Caleb Jamison Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses

Caleb Austin Jamison (Caleb Jamison) CRD #5645954

Caleb Jamison was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with MML Investors Services, LLC. According to FINRA, Caleb Jamison was suspended from the securities industry for 30 days and fined $7,500 in March 2020.

According to FINRA Allegations:

Caleb Jamison consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Caleb Jamison participated in a private securities transaction without providing prior written notice to Caleb Jamison’s member firm. The findings stated that Caleb Jamison purchased securities totaling $15,000 in a pooled real estate investment. Specifically, Caleb Jamison purchased shares in an Arkansas limited liability company formed to purchase and manage a vacation rental property in Florida. The purchase that Caleb Jamison made on his own behalf, was outside the scope of his employment with the firm. The findings also stated that Caleb Jamison signed and submitted an annual compliance attestation to his firm in which he falsely represented that Caleb Jamison had not made any personal investments (e.g., pooled investments in real estate) that Caleb Jamison had not disclosed to the firm.
