Bryan Robert Noonan (CRD#: 4864372), a registered broker for Edward Jones, in SCOTTSDALE, AZ, consented to a bar from associating with any FINRA member in all capacities. FINRA barred Noonan based on the broker not responding to a request for information in connection with FINRA’s investigation into whether Noonan engaged in undisclosed outside business activities and private securities transactions.
On June 10, 2024, Noonan’s former employer, Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., filed an amended Form U5 filing stating that the internal review determined that Noonan, and his
clients, invested in an unapproved investment.
