From 1999 until Bryan Carnahan’s discharge in 2015, Bryan Carnahan was licensed with The Huntington Investment Company. According to FINRA’s records, Bryan Carnahan was discharged from The Huntington Investment Company on March 17th, 2015. The Huntington Investment Company reported to FINRA that Bryan Carnahan was accused of misappropriation of client funds.
Subsequent to Bryan Carnahan’s discharge from The Huntington Investment Company, FINRA investigated Bryan Carnahan and brought a disciplinary action against Bryan Carnahan. Bryan Carnahan was barred from the securities and investment banking industry on May 1st. 2015. FINRA reports that Bryan Carnahan consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Bryan Carnahan converted approximately $169,500 from one of Bryan Carnahan’s member firm by causing fund transfers to be made on separate occasions, to make payable to Bryan Carnahan’s accounts and to the accounts of some other customers who had suffered losses.
