Bruno Henrique Silva (Bruno Silva): Financial Advisor/Broker Bruno Silva Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Bruno Silva was a formerly licensed financial advisor with Worden Capital Management LLC. According to Bruno Silva’s CRD, Bruno Silva was suspended from the securities industry by FINRA for sixteen months and fined $15,000 in December 2019.
According to Allegations on Bruno Silva’s BrokerCheck Report:
Bruno Silva consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he caused Bruno Silva’s member firm to maintain inaccurate books and records by permitting another firm registered representative to use his representative code to open accounts and effect securities transactions in customers’ accounts in states where the other registered representative was not registered. The findings stated that Bruno Silva intentionally structured cash withdrawals totaling $22,500 by making three separate withdrawals from different bank branches of the same bank to prevent the filing of currency transaction reports (CTR). Bruno Silva had knowledge of CTR requirements from training he received as a registered representative related to The Bank Secrecy Act and CTR requirements.
