Bruce Jordan CRD #1223556
Bruce Jordan is a currently licensed financial advisor with Newbridge Securities Corporation.
According to FINRA, Bruce Jordan was suspended from the securities industry for two months and fined $5,000 in September 2019.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Bruce Jordan consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Bruce Jordan failed to supervise the due diligence of a private placement offering (CJS Technology Select Fund LLC I) and his member firm’s sale of the CJS Fund I. The findings stated that Bruce Jordan failed to either conduct independent due diligence or engage another qualified person to conduct due diligence on material aspects of CJS Fund I. Instead Bruce Jordan allowed the firm to rely primarily on due diligence conducted by the CJS Fund I.
