Bron Thompson Sold GWG L-Bonds – May Recover Investor Losses

EUGENE CEBRON THOMPSON IV (CRD#: 4350479), a broker for CAPITAL INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. in Dunn, NC, has investor complaints involving the sale of GWG Holdings. According to Thompson’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, the most recent complainant alleges, GWG Holdings filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 20, 2022. Complaint alleges breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, failure to supervise, and negligence – violation of Regulation Best Interest.
Thompson has three pending complaints involving GWG Holdings. The complainants, in the three separate customer complaints are collectively requesting more than $600,000.00 for alleged damages.
A previous customer complaint involving the sale of GWG Holdings settled for $95,000.00
