Brian Sak was previously registered with Morgan Stanley in Deerfield, Illinois. According to Brian Sak’s CRD, FINRA barred Brian Sak from the securities industry in December 2016. FINRA reports that Brian Sak consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Brian Sak failed to provide documents and information requested by FINRA during the course of its investigation into allegations that Brian Sak, without his member firm’s approval, solicited a client to invest in an outside business.

According to Brian Sak’s CRD, Brain Sak has had five costumer disputes filed against him alleging that Brian Sak defaulted on a series of promissory notes that were entered into for the benefit of his outside real estate business between 2011-2014. According to Brian Sak’s CRD, all five of these disputes settled with two of these customer disputes settling for $140,000 and $125,000.
