Brian Royster was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with HD Vest Investment Services and LPL Financial LLC in Michigan. FINRA reports that Brian Royster was barred from the securities industry in 2017.
According to FINRA: Brian Royster failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance. Brian Royster also consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Brian Royster refused to comply with a FINRA request for documents and information related to its investigation into the circumstances surrounding his termination from his member firm. The findings stated that the firm filed a Form U5 terminating Royster’s registration and stating that Brian Royster had violated its policy regarding borrowing money from clients.
