Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses | Bradley Kyle Scott, Formerly Licensed Financial Advisor with LPL Financial LLC
Bradley Scott has been licensed with LPL Financial LLC since 2015. Bradley Scott was previously licensed with Southwest Securities, Inc. FINRA reports that an arbitration claim was filed alleging unauthorized discretion and trading, unsuitable investments, poor performance and misrepresentation. FINRA reports that this arbitration claim was settled for $1,400,000 with Bradley Scott contributing $250,000 to this settlement.
If you lost money on investments with Bradley Scott, you may be able to recover your losses from LPL Financial LLC and/or Southwest Securities, Inc. This is because LPL Financial LLC and Southwest Securities, Inc. had a duty to supervise Bradley Scott.
If you lost money on investments with Bradley Scott and believe that the investments may have been unsuitable or otherwise improper for you, we would like to discuss the possibility of your retaining our firm to represent you in an arbitration action against LPL Financial LLC and/or Southwest Securities, Inc. concerning Bradley Scott’s conduct. There is no charge for an evaluation of your case. Further, we handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that unless we recover money for you, we charge no attorney’s fee. Unless you recover any money, you pay us nothing, not even the costs and expenses which the firm will advance on your behalf.
