Brad Latting was licensed with State Farm VP Management Corp. from 2004 to 2018. The Oklahoma Department of Securities reports that Brad Latting was discharged by State Farm VP Management Corp. According to the Oklahoma Department of Securities, The Form U5 filed by State Farm VP Management Corp for Brad Latting states: “The internal review concluded the individual did not follow policies related to the Banks [sic] checking account process. No securities products involved.”
The State of Oklahoma also reports that on April 12, 2018, the Insurance Commissioner of the State of Oklahoma issued a Notice of Hearing and Order to Show Cause alleging the following:

State Farm Insurance had terminated Brad Latting for cause because its internal investigation showed that Brad Latting had obtained a power of attorney from an 88 year-old insurance client, transferred $135,000 of her funds to a joint account owned by the client and himself without the client’s knowledge, and admittedly commingled the funds with Brad Latting’s own personal funds and used the funds for Brad Latting’s own purposes before paying them back.
- Brad Latting applied for a $1,000,000 life annuity on behalf of the client without her knowledge wherein he stated that she was not a resident of a nursing home or assisted living facility when in fact she was.
