Bobby Wayne Coburn: Florida Financial Advisor Bobby Coburn Barred from Securities Industry by FINRA

Bobby Coburn is a formerly licensed financial advisor with Securities America, Inc. According to FINRA, Bobby Coburn was barred from the securities industry in August 2019.

According to FINRA: Bobby Coburn consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Bobby Coburn refused to provide FINRA with requested information and documents. The findings stated that Bobby Coburn’s member firm had terminated his association and stated on his Form U5 that Bobby Coburn was involved in the solicitation of multiple clients to invest in an unapproved private securities transaction and engaged in the settlement of a related customer’s complaint without the firm’s knowledge or consent.

According to Bobby Coburn’s CRD, Bobby Coburn was discharged by Securities America, Inc. in 2019. Securities America, Inc. reported that Bobby Coburn was allegedly involved in the solicitation of multiple clients to invest in an unapproved private securities transaction and engaged in the settlement of a related customer complaint without the Firm’s knowledge or consent.


According to Bobby Coburn’s CRD, a customer dispute alleging sales practice violations against Bobby Coburn was filed. According to Bobby Coburn’s CRD, the client alleges the purchase of a variable annuity was not suitable. According to Bobby Coburn’s CRD, this customer dispute settled for $54,898.34.
