ADAM K. VERON BARRED FROM SECURITIES INDUSTRY FOR SELLING CONTRACT FUNDING AND CORPORATE MANAGEMENT, LLC INVESTMENTS RECOVERY OF INVESTOR LOSSES

Adam K. Veron consented to findings by FINRA that he sold nearly $1.8 million in investments in Contract Funding and Corporate Management, LLC (“CFCM”) without providing written notice to, or obtaining approval from, his broker dealer, Questar Capital Corporation (“Questar”).  FINRA also found that Veron provided false answers regarding his participation in private securities transactions and outside business activities. Veron consented to bar from associating with any FINRA member in any capacity.

If you invested in CFCM through Veron, or if you lost money on any other investments through Veron, you may be able to recover your investment losses from Questar.

We would like to discuss the possibility of your retaining our firm to represent you in an arbitration action against Questar Capital Corporation. There is no charge for an evaluation of your case. Further, we handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that unless we recover money for you, we charge no attorney=s fee. Unless you recover any money, you pay us nothing, not even the costs and expenses which the firm will advance on your behalf.

If you invested in Contract Funding and Corporate Management, LLC or lost money on other investments with Adam K. Veron, and would like your case evaluated by a securities attorney (again, there is no charge for an evaluation and all cases are handled on a purely contingency fee basis), please contact us.
