Bimal Shah, Financial Advisor Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses

From 2014 until Bimal Shah’s discharge in 2015 Bimal Shah was licensed with Sterne Agee Financial Services, Inc. Bimal Shah was previously licensed with WRP Investments, Inc. and was subsequently licensed with Independent Financial Group, LLC. According to FINRA records, Sterne Agee Financial Services, Inc. fired Bimal Shah on December 21, 2015. Sterne Agee Financial Services, Inc. reported to FINRA that Bimal Shah was fired after being accused of violating firm policy, in regard to outside business activities.

Subsequent to Bimal Shah’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Bimal Shah in 2017. Bimal Shah was barred from the securities industry. FINRA reports that Bimal Shah failed to respond to FINRA’s request for information.
