Barry Jin was a previously licensed financial advisor with Spartan Capital Securities, LLC, Lampert Capital Markets Inc., and Meyers Associates, L.P. According to FINRA, Barry Jin was barred from the securities industry indefinitely since April 2017. According to the FINRA regulatory complaint, Barry Jin failed to respond to FINRA request for information.

According to Barry Jin’s CRD, Barry Jin was suspended from the  securities industry in May 2019 indefinitely or until required payment is made or discharged. According to the FINRA complaint, FINRA alleged that Barry Jin failed to comply with an arbitration award, settlement agreement, or failed to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance.

According to Barry Jin’s CRD, among other disputes, two customer disputes were filed alleging sales practice violations against Barry Jin.

Customer Dispute (10/27/2015): Client alleged that Barry Jin effected unauthorized transactions in the account without the Client’s knowledge or consent. This customer dispute settled for $24,250.

Customer Dispute (10/27/2015): Client alleged that Barry Jin effected unauthorized transactions in the account without the Client’s knowledge or consent. This customer dispute settled for $20,000.
